Terms and condition

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Cloud Elle’s services. By booking accommodation, subscribing to meals, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Services Provided

We offer:

Student Accommodation

furnished/non-furnished rooms with Wi-Fi, utilities, and optional housekeeping.

Daily Meal Plans

fresh lunch & dinner on a subscription basis.

Community Living

access to shared spaces and activities.

Career Support (Coming Soon)

job search and work permit assistance.

Bookings & Payments

  • Accommodation bookings and meal subscriptions must be made via our website or official contact channels.
  • Payments are accepted in Euro (€) via secure methods.
  • All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Accommodation:

  • Cancellations made 14 days before check-in receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are charged 50% of the first month’s rent.
  • No refund after check-in for the first month.
  • Early termination requires 30 days’ notice; unused rent beyond that is refundable.

Meal Subscriptions:

  • Weekly plan: Cancel at least 48 hours before the next week starts for a full refund.
  • Monthly plan: Cancel at least 7 days before the next billing cycle for a full refund.
  • Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods unless due to service failure on our part.
  • Delivery Timings & Areas:Clearly specify delivery hours and the locations you serve. State that delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable events.
  • Food Handling Responsibility : Once delivered, customers are responsible for safe storage and reheating of meals.
  • Meal Changes & Menu Variations: Mention that menus may vary due to ingredient availability and seasonal changes. State that exact portion sizes or garnishes may differ slightly from promotional photos.
  • Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer:Include a clause that customers must inform you of allergies and dietary restrictions at the time of order. Add a disclaimer that while care is taken, meals are prepared in environments where allergens may be present.
  • Subscription Renewal & Payment:State that meal subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled within the required notice period. Clarify payment cut-off times for weekly/monthly plans.
  • Order Modifications:Mention that changes to orders must be made before a certain deadline (e.g., 24 hours before delivery).
  • Non-Refundable Scenarios:Clearly list cases where refunds are not possible (e.g., customer not available to receive delivery, incorrect address provided).
  • Food Handling Responsibility:Once delivered, customers are responsible for safe storage and reheating of meals.

Delivery & Housekeeping:

  • Meal deliveries will be made to the address provided during booking.
  • Housekeeping is for common areas unless otherwise agreed. Residents can opt out for reduced cost.

Resident Conduct:

  • Respect property, staff, and fellow residents.
  • No illegal activities on premises.
  • Follow accommodation rules as provided upon booking.

Liability:

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to personal property.
  • Service delays due to events beyond our control (weather, strikes, emergencies).

Intellectual Property:

All website content and branding belong to Cloud Elle and cannot be copied without permission.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
